In some instances, 3 phase power or alternate voltages are required which is why it is important to advance correctly so you have a successful experience. Standard vendor power supplied is 2x 20a circuits. This is 2 plugs on a spider box and 2 separate breakers, giving you 40amps at 120 volts total. Typically enough to power lights, POS, and a freezer or a microwave.
This is known as a standard TT30 RV plug and found on some food vendor trailers. If you have the twist lock version L5/30 we will need to supply the appropriate adapter.
This is known as a 120/240v 30a twist lock. It has 4 prongs oriented in a circular fashion and gives 2x 30a circuits. It is commonly found on a gas generator.
This is known as a standard 50a RV plug or in NEMA standards L14/50. It is the service required on most commercial food trucks.
If you are an event veteran food vendor, this is the plug that your truck has installed for it's shore power. NEMA code CS6365
